Red Lion is seeking a bright, enthusiastic Senior Account Manager, to join our busy vibrant team. The account mix is to be determined, but it will likely involve Drinks, Retail and FMCG.

We’re looking for a candidate who has a desire to grow their career in a fast-growing start-up agency and all that entails. The chance to help us grow and shape our agency, with hands-on experience in new business given to all levels. The opportunity to learn from seniors, who are more hands-on than at a typical bigger agency.

Officially launched in March 2020, Red Lion is a fast-growing consumer PR agency with a diverse client portfolio typical of an agency far beyond our years. Our ever-growing client list encompasses drinks, tech, wellness, health and fitness, retail, homeware, travel and food & drink. This growth led the agency to be nominated for ‘New Consultancy of the Year’ in the PR Week Awards, despite launching just prior to the pandemic.

Working in a start-up, Red Lion team members gain far more experience than they may ordinarily receive at their respective levels and this position will be no different. The candidate will get exposure to new business pitches, facetime with seniors and clients, and learning on the job from across the board.

Because Red Lion is co-founded by two former Hope&Glory staffers, the team are able to tap into the infrastructure of H&G, and agency ten times its size where needed, for things like planning and creative brainstorming.

Our team works hard – but in a supportive and nurturing atmosphere. Red Lion operates from a wonderfully buzzy and sociable office in Kings Cross, and we offer a hybrid mode, meaning team members work a minimum of three days in the office, with two based at a location of their choice. We also share an office with H&G which brings great atmosphere.
