Wild Turkey: Colliding fast food faves with a viral superstar

Wild Turkey wanted a UK presence at Thanksgiving –  a key calendar moment for the archetypally American brand.

Our insights told us our audience indexed highly in premium dining experiences, but they were not adverse to a cheeky fast food delivery either, with the likes of KFC topping the bill…

In response, we gave fried chicken a Wild Turkey glow-up for Thanksgiving.

We tapped into the audience love of being ‘in the know’ by being the first to partner with renowned viral chef, Thomas Straker at the opening of his hotly anticipated eponymous restaurant.

We co-created a mouth-watering menu, with Wild Turkey-infused versions of American classics alongside a cocktail menu, keeping the liquid front and centre.


We gave the brand an authentic place at the heart of one of the hottest launches in town; a move that generated over 70 pieces of organic social coverage with a reach in excess of 630k.

The experience enabled us to host 45 media, influencers and consumers – a cross-section of our target market all given a memorable immersion in the brand.

We also landed over twenty pieces of coverage in top-tier titles such as Time Out, Independent and SL Man.
